The place is right in the middle of Alexanderplatz, so you can’t get more central than that. The hotel itself has seen better days and the parking feels like solving a puzzle in expert mode. On the bright side, the staff are super friendly and the rooms do the job. Only downside, the bathroom air conditioning sounded like it was trying to start a rock band.

酒店位置很好，特別從機場到酒店，非常方便，S9直接到酒店。衹是很奇怪，把行李放在酒店需要付款一個行李2歐元。我幾乎到過全世界80多個國家還第一次遇到酒店放行李要收費的，我是你們酒店的客人啊，感覺真的有一點要錢***的感覺。雖然衹有2歐，但體驗感很差。還有房間的衞生間沒有辦法沖洗，後來有人來解決了，為什麼在客人入住之前不好好檢查一下呢？我住了5天，直到第四天在我的要求下才更換床單。

酒店在U2線亞歷山大廣場站出口上面，非常便捷，酒店樓下有商場、快餐、亞洲超市，對面有dm、優衣庫等，還有Kaufland超市在S3線亞歷山大廣場站斜對面，超方便的地理位置。房間的空間還算舒適，窗外可以看見柏林電視塔。酒店服務不錯，寄存行李是2歐元一件。

That was the most horrendous experience I have ever had in all the hotels. The reception staff’s attitude were terrible and very disrespectful. Wasted the whole family’s afternoon time in dealing with this stubborn attitudes upon checking in, destroying the whole vacation’s mood and vibe.

Отель понравился . Наш номер был новый и очень чистый , сначала было холодно от вентиляции , на рецепшене мы попросили отключить вентиляцию в нашем номере . Вид из номера был на Берлинскую телебашню . Рядом с отелем много различных торговых центров и кафе , Железнодорожный вокзал до аэропорта в 5 минутах ходьбы .

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cet hôtel et l’expérience a été globalement correcte. L’établissement est bien situé et le cadre agréable, mais plusieurs points nous ont déçus, surtout au vu du prix. Tout d’abord, l’accès au sauna et au rooftop est payant, ce qui est dommage pour le tarif de la chambre. Les cocktails sont aussi assez chers pour un hôtel de ce type. Autre point négatif : le linge de lit n’a pas été changé durant nos 5 nuits, ce qui est surprenant pour un hôtel de ce standing. Nous avons aussi trouvé qu’il manquait des informations de base : aucune indication claire sur les horaires du petit-déjeuner, du restaurant ou même de la salle de sport. Nous avons dû chercher par nous-mêmes, ce qui n’est pas très pratique. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, nous avions réservé avec les 5 petits-déjeuners inclus mais après la première expérience, cela ne nous a pas donné envie de revenir. Nous y sommes allés tôt, pensant bien faire, mais il y avait très peu de places disponibles. Nous avons dû attendre debout qu’une table se libère, dans une salle bruyante et bondée. En plus, le choix était assez limité comparé à ce que l’on aurait imaginé pour ce type d’établissement. Ici, si le petit-déjeuner n’est pas compris dans votre formule, il faudra tout de même payer 18€ par personne, ce qui ne vaut pas vraiment l’expérience d’un espace entassé et bruyant. Malgré tout, le personnel est accueillant et l’hôtel reste agréable, mais ces détails nuisent un peu au rapport qualité-prix.
